Initial Assessment plus 2 private sessions
= 3 hours total/$350 value
I will assess your posture, alignment, core strength, balance, coordination and flexibility and make recommendations for the most suitable and safe program for your needs and goals.

Please note:

To ensure your safety and to evaluate your fitness level and abilities/limitations, I require all new clients to complete the Initial Assessment prior to participating in any classes. You will find this highly beneficial and very educational.

All sessions need to be prepaid to confirm the booking.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rebook any appointments or the full cost for that session will be charged.

Monday appointments need to be cancelled or rebooked before noon on the previous Friday.

We appreciate cell phones being turned off/on silent during classes.

Kindly avoid the use of scented products prior to your class.

No refunds unless supported by a doctor or physiotherapist’s note.
